Tutorials and Online Guidance

The library is here to help you achieve academic success. One way we do this is to partner with professors and instructional designers to build general subject guides and course- and assignment-specific tutorials. To request this service when teaching online, go to our Request Embedded Librarian Service page. If you are a student, go to the main LibGuide index to find the one that fits your topic best.

General subject guides provide links to searches and key resources on the topic. For examples, see Biblical StudiesBiblical Languages, and Theology.

Course-specific guides are often embedded into the Canvas course or syllabus.  For example, see the guide built just for Women's Ministry.

Assignment-specific guides may be the most useful in that the assignment requirements are what entirely drive the instructions.

Additionally, video or interactive tutorials provide general orientation and overviews for using Moody's online library. You can browse these tutorials at this landing page.
